The Volunteer Center is a brand new program hoping to enlist the talents and skills of community volunteers, and offering them to area non-profit agencies. One of their goals is to create a year-round community of care, states new Director Patricia Blecich. Everyone is needed; there is a place for almost anyone who wants to volunteer.
