Arthur I. Erickson, a certified funeral service practitioner, has been elected vice president of the Connecticut Funeral Directors Association. Arthur is a licensed funeral director at Beecher and Bennett Funeral Home, which has been owned by his family for three generations and was established in 1894. The company includes Beecher and Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home at 48 Cook Avenue in Meriden.
