Joshua Scott, PE, of Meriden, CT, has joined the transportation department of BL Companies as project manager. He has seven years of experience in the engineering field. Prior to joining BL Companies, he was a transportation project engineer at Barkan & Mess Associates, Inc./ Milone and MacBroom, Inc. in Branford, CT.
