Cyr Named Principal at BL Companies

Russell N. Cyr, of Hamden, CT, has been named a principal at BL Companies. Mr. Cyr is a senior engineer in the civil engineering department and has more than 29 years experience in consulting engineering. He is experienced in the design and permitting of roadway improvements, urban and suburban streetscape rehabilitation, corporate office parks, residential subdivisions, recreational facilities and retail centers. He has been responsible for the design of site grading, stormwater management systems, sanitary sewers and pump stations, underground utilities and roadways. His current responsibilities include quality assurance & quality control and design oversight within the civil engineering department. He will join the ranks of the company's current 37 principals.
