BL Companies and Tarragon Realty, NYC have received unanimous approval from the Meriden Planning Commission to develop 180 units of upscale rental housing on Pomeroy Ave., adjacent to the Ramada Plaza Hotel & Conference Center. Plans also include a clubhouse and outdoor pool. Rental rates will range between $800 and $1200 per month.
