On July 24, 2002, Bob Landino, President of BL Companies, unveiled the Meriden City Center Initiative in front of a packed house at the Augusta Curtis Cultural Center. The plan was championed by Meriden Economic Resources Group in cooperation with MEDCO, the City of Meriden, the entire Meriden legislative delegation and the Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce. Copies of the plan are available for public review at the Meriden Public Library and at various sites in City hall. And you can visit www.citycenterinitiative.com on-line for all of the details.
