In October, the telecommunications equipment manufacturer announced plans to consolidate operations from North Haven, Marlboro, N.J. and Phoenix, possibly transferring some of these processes to its Pond View drive headquarters. Spokesman Andy Singer reported changes to operations in other locations and moving the manufacturing process to Meriden. The company plans to expand its operations at its headquarters, bringing in about $ 2 million in new equipment and increasing its 300-person staff by 20-40 skilled laborers.
