Raymond Roy, Director of Advertising at the Record-Journal, announced that Dee Dyer of Yalesville was the grand prize winner in the Record--Journal and Almond Resorts Dream Vacation Sweepstakes. The winning entry was selected at random during the summer-long contest which required entry forms to be deposited at participating merchants. Ms. Dyer won the trip for two, including airfare, seven days, six nights accommodations, meals, snacks, beverages and more at the Almond Resorts. Ms. Dyers' entry was deposited at the Floral Connection in Meriden and no purchase was necessary.
