ConnexCares Donates Over 800 Items to Support Urban Community Alliance

As part of ConnexCares Annual Holiday Give, Connex partnered with Urban Community Alliance (UCA), a New Haven-based non-profit organization that supports families in the community, helping them to become self-sufficient. In addition to a $2,000 in-kind donation, from November 13 through December 9 Connex members and staff collectively donated over 800 personal care items, clothing, and toys for UCA. These donated items aim to provide relief and support to families during the holiday season. Additionally, the monetary donation will further support the variety of UCA's programs, including the V.E.T.T.S. Mentoring Program, Intensive Family Preservation, Male Involvement Network, and more.We would like to thank our members, staff, and community for contributing to this heartfelt effort," said Carl Casper, Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer, Connex. Helping those in need captures the true mission of ConnexCares and the meaning of the holidays."
