Put Play in Your Day - New Kids Fitness Program

The Y is offering fitness and fun for children ages 11 and under. At the Y we nurture the development of kids by teaching healthy habits and inspiring a lifetime love of physical activity through active play.We're bringing recess back to kids with all kinds of fun games and fitness activities, plus our Exergame Fitness Arcade! This class will be led by John Zvonek, Y fitness staff member, youth wrestling instructor and personal trainer.
This program will take place at 110 W. Main St., Meriden on Wednesday's from 5:15 to 6:00 pm beginning with the Fall II session which begins November 7th for 7 weeks. The cost is $20 for Full Members and $40 for Program Members.
