Meriden YMCA's Biggest Winner Challenge

The Meriden YMCA is very proud of our Fall Biggest Winner Challenge teams. Twenty teams collectively lost over 324 pounds! The teams worked very hard to learn how to live healthier lives using nutrition information, strategic ways to effectively lose and manage their weight, tips from healthy cooking demos, weekly weigh-ins, group exercise, personal training and more. Our top three teams are: Susan Herget and Amy Kennedy in first place, Sheila Chaparro and Diadetle Hernandez in second place, and Marcy and Patrick Good in third place. Congratulations to everyone!Our next Biggest Winner Challenge begins January19th. All participants registered by January 1st will be entered in a drawing to win a 1 year Adult Membership.
