ATTENTION: ALL TEENS THE MERIDEN PUBLIC LIBRARY WANTS YOUR POEMS. The Meriden Public Library is proudly sponsoring a Teen Poetry Contest! There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, but all entrants will receive a Certificate of Merit.You may use any format you like but the theme is: "The Dangers of Love". Please send your poems to: Teen Poetry Celebration, Meriden, CT. 06450 or stop by the Information desk at the library to enter. There is no entry fee and there is no limit on the number of poems that can be submitted. All poems must be received by April 1, 2005. Include your name, address, phone number, school name and grade on the BACK.
