Teresa B. Bravo, MD, of Middletown Joins Masonicare's Medical Staff

Masonicare of Wallingford is pleased to announce that Teresa B. Bravo, MD, has joined the organization's medical staff. As a Masonicare physician, Dr. Bravo will evaluate and treat patients and residents in the Masonicare continuum, including patients in Masonicare Primary Care Physicians' medical practice in Wallingford, and in area nursing homes to whom Masonicare provides physician coverage.

Dr. Bravo is board certified in family medicine and has several years of experience in the medical field. She received her MD degree from Main National University of San Marcos in Lima, Peru. Dr. Bravo pursued her medical specialty at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx, New York and since that time, she has been working as a Family Medicine Attending in Connecticut and New York. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine and the Connecticut Chapter of the Academy. Prior to joining Masonicare, Dr. Bravo was an attending physician with the Community Health Center, Inc., in Meriden. She is a resident of Middletown.
