Attorney Bruce Fontanella was recently honored by the Boys & Girls Club of Meriden at the annual corporators dinner meeting at Mountainside Outing Club. Bruce was recognized for helping to complete a major capital campaign for the club and his leadership as president of the board for the past two years. The awards were given out in honor of John D. Altobello Jr. who was a former Boys & Girls Club President and member of its board of directors. Mayor Mark Benigni praised the award winners for their efforts on behalf of the young people in the community.
