A & A Office Systems takes Pro-Active Approach for Protecting Secure Company data

Recent findings have raised concerns regarding the security of company data stored on the hard-drives of copier equipment. With the continuous advancement in technology, the capabilities of multi-functional office equipment have become incredibly intuitive. The information processed by this equipment is extensive and often includes confidential and proprietary company data. The Konica Minolta product line comes standard with embedded seciryt software to erase all images as they are scanned to the hard-drive. In addition to these existing product options, A & A will now scrub the hard-drive off of any machine that we take back from our customers before it is returned to the leasing company.
