Laserfiche provides a completely scalable and feature rich solution to the large amounts of paper documents and staff resources expended each day to reference and retrieve this traditional media.

Laserfiche provides a repository for scanned documents and the ability to store and retrieve the information contained in seconds utilizing the advanced capture and search capabilities provided. With Laserfiche scanning in a typical file cabinet of documents can reduce the time required to access the information to a matter of seconds. With the Records Management Edition option the documents scanned can be given retention or spoilage dates which allow for the information to be either archived into a dead storage folder or completely removed from the repository.

This provides automatic removal of documents based on federal or state guidelines, and is completely flexible in setting up organization guidelines for document retention. It is no wonder that this product is certified by the US Department of Defense. The Records Management edition also provides a complete audit history of each and every document stored and allows for reporting of use including changes and revisions.
