Check Your Smoke Detectors and CO2 Detectors

The Meriden Firefighters would like to have everyone have a safe and healthyholiday seaason and ask that you make sure your smoke detectors and CO2 detectors have fresh batteries and are working properly. If anyone needs smoke or CO detectors and can't afford them please let us know, we have a limited quantity available for free, and as you know they are so important to have , it really makes the difference between life and death. The Meriden Firefighters Local 1148 has been presenting a video related to the services of your local fire department to the Neighborhood Groups. We can also cater to your requests for a presentation and can answer any questions you may have about the fire service. If you would like us to present at an upcoming meeting please contact us through our website..
