Diversified Physical Therapy's December Classes

Weekly ongoing classes include: - Core Stability - Mondays at 6:15pm. Join Michelle Thibeault, PT to improve your strength, balance and mobility. This class is especially good for you if you have back pain, but is open to all who want to exercise in a fun, mid-level paced group. The class is ongoing. Drop in at any time for $15 or buy a class card 5 classes for $50 or 11 classes for $100. Class cards do not expire! Call for more information 203-630-3939. - InnerGarden Yoga- Wednesdays at 7pm. Karen Lombardi, RYT hosts an Iyengar based style that emphasizes proper alignment of the spine and pelvis. Once per month we will practice Yoga Nidra, a type of deep relaxation with guided meditation at the end of class. $60 for the 6 week series or $12 per class drop in per class. This is an all levels Vinyasa class of mindfully sequenced poses, focusing on using the breath to encourage movement to regain space within the body and quiet the mind. Pay per month with no extra fees and no commitment. Friendly atmosphere!
