Crystal Bowl Meditation with Michelle is this Friday December 6th at 5:30pm. Call or email to register for this hour of relaxation! This is the gift you give yourself. $20 with registration, $25 at the door and $15 if you bring a new friend.Core Stability Class is held weekly on Mondays at 6:15pm with Michelle. This hour long class focuses on core strength, balance and stretching for an overall workout. We use the stability ball, foam roller, weights, and theraband. Each week the class is different! Drop in to check it out for $15 or buy a 5 class card for $50, 11 class card for $100. The class will run until December 16th then resume after the holidays on January 6th, 2014.
