Shirley Fryer recently reported about a new AIDS program being rolled out at the Community Health Center of Meriden as part of the activities of National Health Center Week. The program is a result of the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resource Emergency Act which targets AIDS victims on metropolitan areas who have little or no health insurance.
