Laura Gallinoto Joins Naugatuck Savings Bank as Regional Manager

Naugatuck Savings Bank welcomes Laura Gallinoto as Regional Manager. In this role Ms. Gallinoto will manage all aspects of sales, service and operational efficiencies of our branch offices.

"Laura's vast amount of experience in Retail Banking will enable her to assist our customers in reaching their short and long term financial goals by coaching staff members to identify our customers' needs and provide them with solutions to achieve their goals," said Dawn Orsini, Vice President of Retail Banking.

As a seasoned banking professional, Ms. Gallinoto brings 22 years of experience to Naugatuck Savings Bank. She was previously employed at Sovereign Bank in West Hartford as District Executive and BankBoston in Hartford as Assistant Branch Manager. Laura holds an Associate Degree from the Regional Bank Professional Development Program and from the School of Retail Banking Management at the University of Virginia; she is also a Business Administration and Accounting graduate of the Morse School of Business. Laura is a past member of the Town of Manchester Tax Credit Committee, Manchester High School Career Development Committee and the Marc. Inc. Committee. Ms. Gallinoto is a West Hartford native and currently resides in South Windsor.
