Naugatuck Savings Bank Promotes Jayne D. Kelly

Naugatuck, CT-July 12, 2011-Naugatuck Savings Bank has promoted Jayne D. Kelly to Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending. In this role Jayne will oversee the Commercial Lending Department, managing the loan portfolio and customer relationships."Jayne's vast commercial lending experience will enable her to ensure that we build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on growth and depth" said Charles J. Boulier, III, President and CFO, Naugatuck Savings Bank. "We believe in building lifetime relationships by partnering with our customers to help them achieve their financial goals."
Jayne joined Naugatuck Savings Bank in 1997, holding the positions of Assistant Vice President and then Vice President of Commercial Lending. Prior to joining Naugatuck Savings Bank, she held the positions of Assistant Vice President at Centerbank in Waterbury, CT and Real Estate Investment Analyst at Travelers Insurance Company, Real Estate Investment Division in Cincinnati, OH.
Ms. Kelly received a Bachelor of Science Finance Degree from University of Connecticut, School of Business and is a graduate of the ABA National School of Banking.
She serves as a Board Member and Board of Finance member of the United Way of Greater Waterbury. She previously served as a Naugatuck Exchange Club Board of Director and Treasurer, and Exchange Club Family Life Foundation Board Member and Treasurer. She is a current member of the Waterbury Chamber of Commerce.
