Babysitting classes for Meriden youths

The Meriden Department of Health and Human Services is offering a babysitting class to Meriden youth between the ages of 11 and 16, boys and girls. The course will cover safety skills, child care skills, first aid and rescue skills, and life and business skills. Training materials are included and certificates will be issued upon completion of course. Class is taught by a certified instructor. There is a registration fee of $20 (cash or check) and students are not registered until the registration for and money are received.
