The WFC's Open D.O.H.R. Emplowment & training Program will be sponsoring a Career Fair on Thursday January 9th, 2014 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

The WFC is a mulit-faceted human service agency that serves Greater Meriden, New Haven and Middlesex counties. Open D.O.H.R, the employment and training division of the organization, is committed to eliminating poverty and promoting self sufficiency through employment, training, education and case management services that foster empowerment and independence. The WFC teaches clients the necessary skills needed to compete in today's job market. Jobseekers that will be in attendance include clients that have completed or are currently in training from the following fields:

Certified Nurse Aides

Administrative Support

Human Services Assistant

And more with various backgrounds!

The career Fair will provide you with an opportunity to meet and screen our candidates for possible job placement or advanced training. There is no charge for tables. We are asking employers to provide current employment applications and possible give -a-ways. We will provide tables, set ups and refreshments. We ask that employers please confirm attendance by Thursday January2, 2014.
