Fitness Beatz is a group fitness dance class that will bring out the best in you while you break a sweat and increase those endorphins! A variet of rhythmic choreography of Hip Hop, Salsa ,Urban Pop, Reggaeton and Soca is all packed into an hour and is guaranteed to make you feel refreshed and bring you one step closer to accomplishing your fitness goals.
