Local Real Estate Continues Tradition of Making Thanksgiving Baskets for United Way of Meriden and Wallingford

Nanette Pastore, Senior Vice President of Pearce Real Estate, today announced that agents from the Wallingford Regional Office continued the tradition of giving back to the community by pooling their resources and talents to make Thanksgiving holiday baskets for those less fortunate. The 6 "baskets" are actually foil roasting pans wrapped and filled with Thanksgiving staples: a $25 gift card for the turkey; mashed potatoes; yams; cranberry sauce; pumpkin bread; corn; string beans; stuffing; candy; gravy and other goodies. The holiday baskets will be given to the United Way of Meriden and Wallingford and distributed to 6 area needy families."I'm very proud of the agents in the Wallingford Regional Office who carry on the Pearce tradition of giving back to the community," said Ms. Pastore, who also is Manager of all residential agents. "Making these Thanksgiving Baskets is something we've been doing for a number of years, and it is only a part of our ongoing concern and involvement in the area. We are truly thrilled to help other families enjoy this meaningful holiday with a festive meal," she added.
