Pennrose Launches New Website

December 14, 2020

Pennrose is pleased to announce the launch of a brand new website. The goal of the new website is to provide visitors a more visually appealing, better structured, and simplified way to find an apartment and learn about Pennrose's development expertise, properties, and career opportunities. The new website provides updated content in a modern design and layout for About, Development, Management, Careers, Foundation, and News & Views web pages. The new site is available at the URL www.Pennrose.com.

The site will be available in a Spanish version to enhance support and information available to clients and customers. Other added features of the site include a responsive design, expanded information about regional development teams, enhanced Pennrose Foundation content, updated News & Views page that includes media release, news coverage, and blog posts, and a digital brochure that describes the meaning of the company's tagline "Bricks & Mortar | Heart & Soul." The new site will be ADA compliant using Accessibility Shield's proprietary platform that combines scanning, manual testing, and remediation to achieve compliance.

"The new website will highlight the key information about Pennrose that is most valuable to our residents, funders, partners, and employees, current and future," said Mark H. Dambly, President with Pennrose. "The expansion of our regional development teams and growth of our property management will both be apparent."
