CIZE is BACK at Higher Movement Beginning Sep. 6

We certainly missed our weekly CIZE class over the summer and can not wait for it to begin again. This coming Wednesday, September 6th at 6 pm, our CIZE class is returning. If you plan to attend please send us an email the day of the class: highermovementdance@gmail.com. CIZE is a fun, energetic workout where you learn a full dance in just one hour! If you have not tried this class now is your chance. No prior dance experience is required!
