Meriden Y.M.C.A. will begin an adult masters swim ...

Meriden Y.M.C.A. will begin an adult masters swim team program this fall! The program is designed for those adults 19 years of age and older who wish to workout with other adults accompanied by a certified swim coach. The purpose of this program is to promote fun, fitness, safety and possibly competition for all participants of whatever level of ability and interest. The program will run three days a week: Monday from 7 - 8 a.m.; Wednesday from 8 - 9 p.m.; and Saturday from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. Workouts will always be available if the participant is unable to attend a practice session.
