Swimming & Running Clinics

The Midstate Triathlon Club is hosting swimming and running clinics to get ready for the 2017 triathlon season. The club's first swim clinic of the year will be held on Sunday, Feb. 26th at 12:00 p.m. and first running clinic on Tuesday, Feb. 28th at 6:30 p.m.at the Meriden YMCA. The club will be offering swimming, biking and running workouts for adults and children of all ages and abilities in preparation for individual and team races.
