The Meriden Y.M.C.A. is offering a special offer for First Responders, Military Personnel and Veterans to try CrossFit for FREE during the month of February 2015!First we want to say thank you for keeping us safe and for your service to our country. If you have never tried CrossFit at CrossFit Meriden now is the time. Whether you are getting in shape for your job or yourself, CrossFit will help you achieve your best fitness level. Crossfit is open to all ages and all fitness levels, scalable to your individual needs with a variety of workouts and expert instruction from our certified CrossFit coaching staff.
You do not have to be a Meriden YMCA member to take advantage of this offer. For new CrossFit Meriden members. Some restrictions may apply.
