Expectant Families: Seven Week Childbirth Education and Early Parenting Program This seven week program includes information on the process of birth, coping techniques, relaxation work, decision-making, and self-advocacy. The skills you learn will help your family prepare for a healthy pregnancy, healthy, positive birth and give you skills for early parenting. Instructor: Maura Jo Lynch, Certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Double Saturdays 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

Spring II: April 28th to June 9th Location: YMCA Yoga Studio at our Y Arts Center at 14-16 West Main Street. Full Member Fee: $140, Program Member Fee: $160. Childcare is available at our main building at 110 West Main Street during the class for a nominal fee.
