Register Now for Spring II Session at the Meriden YMCA

Register now for the Meriden YMCA's Spring II Session which runs April 23rd through June 10th. Programs include: New Childbirth Education and Early Parenting Class; 8 Week Summer Meltdown (shape up for summer!); Aqua Aerobics and Aqua ZUMBA; Baby Shape (Pre/Post Natal Workout); Cardiac Rehabilitation; Clay, Drawing, and More; Gifted and Talented program; Golf Lessons; Gymnastics; Karate (Tots through Adults); Kettlebell Personal Fitness; Little Chef's Cooking Classes; Middle School Strength Training; Music Lessons (piano, guitar, and drums); Pilates; Racquetball Lessons; T-ball, Swim lessons for children and adults; Swim Team; SilverSneakersR; Soccer; and Yoga classes for everyone - Beginner, Intermediate, Power, and Parent and Child Yoga.
