Meriden YMCA Looking for Families to Participate in Pilot Program for Healthier Living

The Meriden YMCA is very concerned with the rising rate of Childhood Obesity in Meriden. To address this problem, we have created the PACE (Physical Activity Changes Everything) Program to provide families with the necessary tools to combat Childhood Obesity and lead healthy and active lives. This pilot program is for six children between 7 and 10 years old with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 30% or higher. Children must have their pediatrician's permission to participate.
