X-Training Camp at the Meriden YMCA

Take your workout to a whole new level! The Meriden YMCA is offering an 8-week cross-training camp at our Mountain Mist Outdoor Center on Saturdays from 9-10 from July 10th to August 28th. Child care will be available on site. The class is free for full Meriden YMCA members. Call or see Carrie in the Fitness Center to sign up at 203-235-6386 x18.
