Sign up for the Meriden YMCA's Summer Session which begins June 28th. The Meriden YMCA offers summer camp, swim lessons, swim team, gym and swim, aqua aerobics, middle school strength training, gymnastics, karate, youth and adult golf lessons, adaptive sports, yoga, pilates, Get Real Weight Management Program, Little Chefs, cardiac rehabilitation program, SilverSneakers�, and more.
