Register Now for Winter Session at the Meriden YMCA

Register now for the Meriden YMCA's winter session which begins January 5th and continues until February 21st. Programs include: swim lessons for children and adults, swim team, gymnastics lessons and team, youth and adult golf lessons, elementary and middle school racquetball lessons, pilates, hatha yoga, power yoga, intermediate yoga, and parent and child yoga, children's dance, youth basketball training and league, karate (tots through adults), youth theater, cardiac rehabilitation, SilverSneakers�, middle school strength training, Vacation Fun Club, Hip Hop Dance, Ballroom Dance, Kettlebell Personal Fitness, Little Chef's Cooking Classes, and Kidz Art. We also have the South Meriden Teen Center and Friday Night at the Y for teens. For more information please call (203) 235-6386.
