Train with a Friend at the Meriden YMCA

Exercising with a friend is always more fun! The Meriden YMCA is now offering an opportunity for members to train with a friend at one low price with our Personal Training Fall Special for 2. Our personal trainers will motivate you, answer all questions concerning health, exercise, nutrition, diet, and design a customized goal oriented exercise program for you and a friend. Progress charts, body-fat testing, and fitness assessment tests can be included in your package, just ask your instructor. Five sessions are available for $175.00 and ten sessions for $255.
