The YMCA is now offering Massage Therapy at a special rate for Fall to help you relax and relieve stress. Enjoy the benefits of a 30 minute chair or a 60 minute table massage from one of our licensed massage therapists. Massage therapy offers relaxation, pain relief, lower blood pressure, stress relief, an improved immune system, and it aids in the recovery of your muscles. The YMCA also offers Reflexology. Prices are 10% off for the Fall. Special prices are $31.50 for a half hour or $54 per hour for members, and $40.50 per half hour and $72 per hour for nonmembers.
