Fall Swim Stroke Clinic at the Meriden YMCA

The Meriden YMCA is offering a Fall Swim Stroke Clinic for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. The Beginner Stroke Clinic is for swimmers who are new to the sport and want to learn various techniques to perform four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. This is a 45 minute class, Monday through Friday September 14th through 18th. The Intermediate Stroke Clinic is designed for returning swimmers. The primary focus will be on stroke technique, starts, and turns. This is a one hour session Monday through Friday September 8th to the 18th. The Advanced Stroke Clinic is for the competitive swimmer who is looking to perfect their overall performance and achieve their personal goals. This is a one and one half hour class Monday through Thursday September 8th through the 18th.
