New! Runners Club at the Meriden YMCA

The Meriden YMCA is excited to offer a new runners club for children entering grade 6 through grade 12 taught by two experienced runners. This 7 week program provides an introduction to running, and helps improve running skills for all sports programs. It includes sprinting and distance training and is great for children interested in track programs. The program will take place Mondays and Thursdays 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., June 29th to August 15th at Platt High School. Fees are $75 for full members and $90 for program members. Call 235-6386 to register.
