Fall Festival & Health Fair at Wheeler Family Health & Wellness Center

Free food, family activities, music, and other seasonal treats will be part of a Fall Festival and Health Fair at the Wheeler Family Health & Wellness Center, 855 Lakewood Road, Waterbury, on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 2 to 6 pm.This free event is open to the public and will include activities for kids; refreshments; health screenings; information about Wheeler's broad continuum of medical and behavioral health care, and other services offered through the 855 Lakewood Road location; tours of the site; and a nutritious produce distribution through a partnership with Holcomb Farm, for patients and event attendees. The Change the Script Resource Van also will be on-site with comprehensive information about opioid and other substance use prevention and treatment.
"This event provides a great opportunity for the community to know us better and to find out what we offer for every member of their family," said Sabrina Trocchi, PhD, MPA, president and chief executive officer, Wheeler. "From primary and pediatric care, to medication-assisted treatment, behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults, and more, we provide a full array of programs and care to meet the needs of this community and surrounding towns."
