There's still time to register for Wheeler Health's 36th Annual Golf Classic

Join us at the Country Club of Farmington for another year of great golf, food, and an opportunity to help raise money for an amazing cause. Register to golf or sponsor the tournament today; this event will sell out!This year's tournament supports our Basic Needs Fund, which addresses a range of environmental and social factors that interfere with a patient's health and well-being, but which are not addressed by other means of funding. This fund allows our community health workers to address environmental conditions in the homes, neighborhoods, and communities of patients at our Family Health & Wellness Centers that might lead to poor health outcomes and cannot be accessed through a patient's own resources and/or community-based programs.
