Masonicare Conducting Community Health Needs Assessment

January 18, 2011

Masonicare is currently conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment. The goal is to collect data from a cross section of Wallingford and Meriden area residents to obtain feedback on what they feel are the greatest health needs of the older adults in their communities.

"As a major provider of senior healthcare and retirement living in Connecticut, Masonicare is committed not only to the needs of its on-campus residents, but to those of individuals and families in our local communities as well," Stephen B. McPherson, Masonicare's President and CEO, explained.

The short, four-question survey can be obtained and completed at either the Wallingford Senior Center or Meriden Senior Center. It can also be completed online at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Masonicare.

If you are a resident of Wallingford or Meriden and would like to participate in this important survey, the deadline for submission is February 28. Your candid and detailed feedback will help Masonicare in its efforts to provide the programs and services that will most effectively meet the needs of older adults in the communities we serve.

If you have questions or would like additional information about the survey, please call the Masonicare HelpLine at 1-888-679-9997.
