Joe Criscuolo Receives Connecticut Magazine's 2011 FIVE STAR Real Estate Award

Crescendo surveyed, by mail and phone, all Connecticut residents who purchased a home over $150,000 within a 36 month period, (October 2007 to October 2010) and 25,000 subscribers of Connecticut Magazine. An additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies, who are best able to judge a real estate agent's technical skills and knowledge.

The evaluation was based upon 9 criteria: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction.

Finally, the qualifying agents were reviewed by a blue ribbon panel. The resulting list of FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents is an elite group, representing less than 6 percent of licensed agents in Connecticut.

Criscuolo is also a past recipient of the Connecticut Realtor of the Year Award. The Home Store's main office is located in Wallingford and operates throughout the entire State of Connecticut.
