***WELCOME NEW MEMBER *** - Cold Stone Creamery, 490-3 South Broad St., Meriden, CT. The primary contact is Priscilla Harnesk, 860 347-2653. Cold Stone Creamery, known for providing the "Ultimate Ice Cream Experience", will open in Meriden on May 5th. With 1,400 stores in the U.S., Japan, Korea, and Guam, Cold Stone continues to provide customers with fresh, custom made ice cream prepared on a granite stone. Fun, song and great ice cream are served up daily at Cold Stone. The Grand Opening will be a benefit for the Meriden Humane Society, with 50% of all proceeds going to the group. The first 100 customers to arrive on May 5th will receive a coupon for a "Love-it" regular sized ice cream to be used on a return trip. Raffles and entertainment will be provided throughout the day. "It's a great day for ice cream!"
