We're here to provide the COVID-19 vaccine to those who are eligible.
� You must be a legal resident of Connecticut to schedule a vaccine at this time.
� For your safety, vaccinations are available by appointment only.

Our call centers are experiencing high volume, so the quickest and easiest way to schedule an appointment is through MyChartPlus.
