September Classes at Diversified Physical Therapy

Diversified Physical Therapy will be offering the following weekly classes for September: - Core Stability - Mondays at 6:15 pm starting September 12th - Join Michelle Thibeault, PT to improve your strength, balance and mobility. This class is especially good for you if you have back pain. The class in ongoing. Drop in at any time for $15 or buy a class card of 5 classes for $50 or 11 classes for $100. Class cards do not expire. For more information, call 203.630.3939. - Inner Garden Yoga - Wednesdays at 7pm starting September 7th - Karen Lombardi, RYT hosts an Iyengar based style that emphasizes proper alignment of the spine and pelvis. Enjoy homemade chai to celebrate the full moon monthly. $10 per class.
