Bring in a Healthy New Year at Diversified Physical Therapy

Bowl Meditation on Friday January 9th at 5:30pm. Join Michelle for meditation and relaxation! The soothing tones of crystal bowls can help with pain or just help you get into a deep state of relaxation. Call or email to register: 203-630-3939. $20 with registration, $15 if you bring a new friend and $25 at the door. Next Meditation will be Friday February 6th.

Core Stability on Mondays at 6:15pm. Join Michelle to improve your strength, balance and mobility. The class is ongoing. Drop in at any time for $15 or buy a class card 5 classes for $50 or 11 classes for $100. Class cards do not expire!

InnerGarden Yoga on Wednesdays at 7pm. Karen Lombardi, RYT hosts an Iyengar based style that emphasizes proper alignment of the spine and pelvis. The next 6 week session starts January 7th. Drop in for $15 or pay $60 for the session.

Therapeutic Massag with Rick and Mallory from Central CT Massage and Wellness are taking appointments for massage. Call Rick 203-631-7970 or Mallory 203-631-1620 for an appointment.Treat yourself!

Couples Massage Workshop on Saturday February 9th 7-9pm or Sunday February 8th 12-2pm. Learn how to massage your partner. Tables, linen and oil provided. $75 per couple. Class size is limited, call Mallory to reserve your spot 203-631-1620.
