Diversified Physical Theraphy LLC has announced their classes for September. Check out one of our offerings below or- Core Stability - Starting next Monday, September 8th at 6:15pm. Join Michelle to improve your strength, balance and mobility.
- InnerGarden Yoga- Starts Wednesdays September 17th at 7pm. Karen Lombardi, RYT hosts an Iyengar based style that emphasizes proper alignment of the spine and pelvis.
